ApplePriceHunt is operated by Apexlayer Technologies Pvt Ltd, based in India. We take privacy seriously and collect only what we need.

IP address (anonymized after 30 days)
Pages visited and time spent
Referring URL
Approximate location (country-level only, from IP)
Currency and language preferences (stored in localStorage)

Voluntarily provided:

Email address (if you subscribe to newsletter or set price alerts)
Name, email, message (if you use contact form)
Company details (if you submit a partnership inquiry)

Full name unless you provide it
Payment information (we don't process payments)
Precise location (we only use country-level)
Data from children under 13

IP addresses: anonymized after 30 days

Section 9 - International Users

Our servers are located in multiple regions. If you're using ApplePriceHunt from outside India, your data may be processed in India or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the site, you consent to this.

If you're in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR. Our legal basis for processing:

Consent for newsletter and marketing
Legitimate interest for essential site operations
Contract for services you request (price alerts)

You can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you feel we've mishandled your data.
